Shop orders Make sure you leave me message at the checkout with your
wedding date, Please do not purchase the flowers if you need them earlier Than stated in the listing shipping date. Contact me first to make sure were  able to help If we have spoken with you and agreed to make  an urgent last
minute order please confirm date agreed  in “Note to seller” box All the bouquets are measured from tip to tip and Size stated in the listing is a width / diameter of the bouquet at its most widest point including foliage For any discussed bespoke design changes required or
variations to the design, please do leave a note at the checkout
in the note to seller box. It is very important should you want your changes to be applied
We love to create new designs so please feel free to discuss your bespoke design and any coordinating arrangements available to your package. If they;re not listed, please ask. Re  booking in advance to secure you date The booking fee is £40 to secure your date and then 50% of balance would be due 6 weeks before your chosen delivery
date with remaining balance then payable 14 days before delivery date. If you decide you would like to go ahead and
book them with us please confirm your email address and we
will send you payment invoice for booking fee, your order
details etc
Once delivery date discussed and booked if you could re
confirm your address & contact details, wedding date or Event date. If you could also let us know what colour ribbon you
would like to your bouquet handles &  Buttonhole trim when you
get a free moment would be lovely or if you aren’t sure yet I can
put TBC for now. We will then confirm via order receipt
confirming booking content and payment dates We prefer to arrange delivery for 2-3 weeks before your
wedding | Event date so you receive them in plenty of time unless other date requested
Quotations
With regards to the booking terms and due to the amount of
enquiries we receive, our quotations are generally open for 10
days and If we don't hear back from you after sending the
quote it will then be presumed closed – we may should
we get the opportunity arise message you just once more to
just touch base before the closing quote  . Of course you are

check our availability and we can restart a new quotation

To ensure your flowers stay in tip-top shape, store them in a
sealed box, away from direct sunlight. This simple step helps
prevent dust from settling and keeps them looking fresh and
vibrant. Just like any cherished fabric, minimising exposure to
light, heat, and smoke will help maintain those stunning
colours. For extra protection, consider placing your bouquet in
a vase inside the box. This keeps the petals from getting
crushed and preserves their lovely shape.
If you happen to notice dust collecting on your flowers, a gentle
swipe with a feather duster can quickly revive them. For any
marks, a quick rub with a baby wipe usually does the trick.
And a special tip for calla lilies - These exquisite beauties need
a bit more TLC! Keep them completely boxed and shielded
from light, as they can discolour quickly if exposed to heat or
artificial lighting. To maintain their elegance, we recommend
storing them in an airtight box tucked away in a dark cupboard,
far from extreme temperatures.

business days. Custom orders may require a little extra

What Do I Do With All Of These Flowers?!

excitement of your special day dies down? Don’t bin them just
yet – we have a few handy tips for you that make good use of
your wedding bouquets and buttonholes. Silk flowers can last
forever if stored and cared for properly, so why not take
advantage of this? The possibilities for up-cycling artificial
flowers are endless. Silk flowers are so durable and versatile
that they can be used in hundreds of different ways but we
think the following ideas are some of the best reuses
Make Some Money
Get Artsy
Some brides opt to break apart their bridal and bridesmaid
bouquets and use some aspects of these as decorations for
their thank you cards to family and friends. All you need is
some glue and a penchant for arts and crafts and you have the
perfect little decorations in a jiffy. Another option is attaching
some of your loose silk flowers to paper lanterns to decorate a
room in your house. You can even create your own hair
accessories with them! Just attach individual flowers to hair
combs, Kirby grips, hair bands… the options really are endless.
If you’re opting for a bouquet that incorporates brooches, you
can reuse these with ease.
Donate them
Why not donate your bouquet to someone who is in need?
There are so many brides out there struggling to pay for all of
their weddings, why not donate it to someone who will make
use of it?

CANCELLATIONS TERMS 
Please note your flower bookings are made to order so we
would like to be informed of any major changes to colours /
styles with at least  6 weeks notice of your confirmed delivery
date. (we will of course endeavour If we can with any last
minute small changes/additions to best of our ability and time )
Please note that all orders are booked into wedding date order
and stock is ordered in advance to coincide with your wedding
date / arranged delivery date therefore;
There is a 20% cancellation fee on orders if you're cancelling
from the booking date & up to 6 weeks before your confirmed
delivery date.
Should you cancel your order - within the 6 weeks prior to your
agreed arranged delivery date the retention fee will be 50% of
the total order value.
Any cancellations for last minute bespoke orders that are
placed with 6 weeks or less till wedding date stated will not be
eligible for a refund under any circumstance due to the fact
these are last minute orders and extra stock and labour costs
that incur within the workshop. 
RETURNS TERMS
If for any reason there is a problem with your order received
could you please contact immediately and i will rectify it as
soon as possible it must be received back within the 7 working
day time frame
Returned Customised /bespoke items - that have had for
example colour changes, added colours/flowers and/or items
that have added extras etc, have a 50% retention fee also
unless informed 6 weeks prior to your delivery date of changes 
Please return within 7 working days of receipt of confirmation of
your return for a refund or replacement if not satisfied with your
original order.. I do not refund original postage so please return

via insured courier only so you can claim if lost or damaged in
transit return
Beaux Faux Flowers Shop is also not responsible for return
postage costs nor liable for any damaged or lost items on
transit back to me and will not refund any monies until all the
items arrive back to me in the perfect condition they were
dispatched to you. 
There will also be no refunds after stated wedding date or
booking fee refunds for fully cancelled wedding dates.
