Due to the delicateness of our floral arrangements & vasesWe have teamed up with Parcelforce and Royal Mail Special delivery to provide a quality service and reliable safe transport for our goods*for large items, please contact our customer service who will be able to provide you a return courier quote.Responsibilities for Returning ItemsPlease note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns. CANCELLATIONS TERMS
If you've not yet received your flowers and you decide you no longer need them, simply inform us of your wish to cancel, though please be aware that all orders are booked into a tight calendar schedule and goods are ordered well in advance to fulfil orders, our team work tirelessly to fulfil orders in a timely manner.
Please note your flower bookings are made to order so we would like to be informed of any major changes to colours / styles with at least 6 weeks notice of your confirmed delivery date. (we will of course endeavour If we can with any last minute small changes/additions to best of our ability and time )
Please note that all orders are booked into wedding date order and stock is ordered in advance to coincide with your wedding date / arranged delivery date therefore;
There is a 20% cancellation fee on orders if you're cancelling from the booking date & up to 6 weeks before your confirmed delivery date.
Should you cancel your order - within the 6 weeks prior to your agreed arranged delivery date the retention fee will be 50% of the total order value.
Any cancellations for last minute bespoke orders that are placed with 6 weeks or less till wedding date stated will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance due to the fact these are last minute orders and extra stock and labour costs that incur within the workshop.
RETURNS TERMS
If for any reason there is a problem with your order received could you please contact immediately and i will rectify it as soon as possible it must be received back within the 7 working day time frame
Returned Customised /bespoke items - that have had for example colour changes, added colours/flowers and/or items that have added extras etc,
Non Refundable Items Special bespoke Order items personalised with different flowers., Colours and or style with: please note if you purchase made to order items through the website or by telephone the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed and can not be returned or refunded. -Items ordered with a customer's own choice of fabric, colour or material cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once purchased.
I do not refund original postage so please return via insured courier only so you can claim if lost or damaged in transit return
Beaux Faux Flowers Shop is also not responsible for return postage costs nor liable for any damaged or lost items on transit back to me and will not refund any monies until all the items arrive back to me in the perfect condition they were dispatched to you.
There will also be no refunds after stated wedding date or booking fee refunds for fully cancelled wedding dates.
