Where a discount code is described as 'one-time use' or 'new customer only', it may be redeemed once per customer only. Eligibility is determined by customer identity, order history and account activity, not solely by email address.

Creating multiple accounts, using alternative email addresses, or placing multiple orders to access the same promotional code more than once is not permitted.

Gift Types

Free gifts may include physical products, digital items, or gift vouchers. Where different gift levels are offered, the gift you receive will depend on your final qualifying spend. Details will be clearly communicated during the promotional period.

How Gifts Are Issued

Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders at £0, unless otherwise stated. For gift vouchers, details will be sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Use of Existing Gift Vouchers

Existing gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers as part of a Free Gift Promotion.

Expiry (Gift Voucher Promotions Only)

Where the free gift is a gift voucher, it will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Substitutions

If a promotional gift becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

Returns & Adjustments

If items are returned and your adjusted order total falls below the qualifying threshold for the free gift, the promotional gift must also be returned unused and in original condition.

If the promotional gift is not returned—or where the free gift was a voucher that has already been redeemed—the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions

Gift voucher purchases do not count towards qualifying spend.
Delivery charges do not count towards qualifying spend.

Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel any order or promotional gift where misuse, manipulation, bulk purchasing, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Free gifts, promotional products and promotional gift vouchers are issued strictly as part of qualifying purchases and have no standalone value. They may not be added to an order independently, redeemed without meeting the stated qualifying criteria, or used in isolation from a valid qualifying transaction.

If a free gift or promotional voucher is added to an order without meeting the qualifying conditions, or obtained through technical manipulation, misuse, or unauthorised access, we reserve the right to:

Cancel or amend the affected order;
Void any associated promotional vouchers or credits;
Deduct the value of any misused promotion from a refund;
Refuse redemption of promotional vouchers obtained in this manner;

Stock Availability

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to bouquet and arrangement designs, including substituting stems or components where required due to availability, provided that the overall style, quality and value are maintained or improved.

Product Colours & Appearance

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, textures and finishes. However, the appearance of items may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device type, lighting, or browser. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will perfectly reflect the colours of the products received. Minor variations of this nature do not constitute faults.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items will be shown on the relevant product page and/or at checkout. These dates are indicative only and may change due to unforeseen delays in production or shipping. If the expected dispatch date changes significantly, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

All items in an order containing a pre-order product will be dispatched together in a single shipment once the pre-order item becomes available. Payment for pre-order items is taken at the time the order is placed, not at the time of dispatch. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Conformity of Goods

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery. You may do this via our Returns page or by contacting us directly in writing.

Once you have notified us of cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of that notification.

BEAUX FAUX FLOWERS SHOP gift cards and e-gift cards (“Gift Tender”) can be redeemed online and are subject to these Terms in addition to our general Website Terms and Conditions.

Use of Gift Tender

Gift Tender may be used as full or part payment for any eligible products. If the value of your purchase exceeds the balance of the Gift Tender, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

If items purchased using Gift Tender are returned or refunded, any refund due will be issued back to Gift Tender.

Restrictions

Gift Tender cannot be resold, transferred for value, exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
No cash change or balance will be given.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Tender

Validity
