What is the Special  significance of roses and why are they so popular in wedding arrangements? Throughout history and around the world the Rose has always been the flower we hold close to our hearts, with their many meanings related to rose colours for eg White symbolises marriage & new beginnings, pink - love and elegance etc also perhaps the meaning a certain rose has to us personally & fond memories. The roses delicate beauty from closed bud to open flower and choice of colours adored worldwide.

What are the advantages of choosing artificial flowers over real ones?

Artificial flowers are fabulous for hay-fever sufferers and for those who want favourite flowers that with real flowers are out of season on there wedding day- just  for example - peonies in winter months. It also gives the bride the ability to plan ahead and also save money by decorating a venue themselves easily as they never wilt and easily handled! Or when wanting very large more expensive decor arrangements artificial floral decor can also be hired from various events companies which can also keep cost down for the bride & groom if they choose and most importantly of all - my brides have a permanent keepsake of her special day to remember and look at always.

Yes good quality ones come in various fabrics  & real touch material and many real rose varieties are duplicated in artificial for eg David Austin, Tea, Cabbage, wild, cottage, avalanche, English and many more.

What is the cost of an artificial rose bouquet compared to a real one?

Generally they are more cost effective and lower than real as they can be kept forever without the added expense of preserving them after the wedding day.  Prices can vary depending upon style, size and just as with fresh florists the flowers & foliage variety can also affect price as does the quality of artificial flowers used. The better quality flowers help create a more realistic bouquet and can even sometimes cost more than real on occasion but are a perfect keepsake.

Am I ever asked to incorporate roses into faux floral venue décor? What could this look like?

I would say 95% of my clients request roses to be incorporated into there Bouquets & decor eg top table arrangements too -
